Samaritan Direct Cremation Packages*
**Cost of Standard Direct Cremation Package MAY be covered by Medicaid or Township Trustee for those who are qualified.
•Basic services of funeral director and staff.
•Transfer of body from place of death to the funeral home (within 50 miles).
•On-site refrigeration of remains.
•Filing of necessary permits and documents.
•Notification of death to Social Security Administration.
•Safewood cremation container.
•Cremation at our crematory.
•Temporary plastic urn.
•Arrangement conference, 7 days a week.
•Obtaining ordered certified copies of death certificates. (Cost of death certificates not included.
•Help with composing and placing of obituary on our website (free) and in newspapers. (Newspaper fee not included.)
•Filing of life insurance claims.
Signature Direct Cremation: $2,295.00
In addition to Standard Direct Cremation:
•Premium cremation container with liner and pillow.
•Dressing and preparation of deceased.
•Family only ID viewing of UNEMBALMED deceased.
•Prioritized cremation once death certificate is signed,
•Limited choice of urns, or a $75.00 credit toward the purchase of an urn from us.
We have our own crematory and refrigeration facilities. Your loved one never leaves our care.
*Add $150.00 for residential removals on all packages.
Premium Cremation Services
Cremation with Memorial Service or Graveside Service: $3,495.00
•Arrangement conference, 7 days a week.
•Basic services of funeral director and staff.
•Transfer of body from place of death to the funeral home (within 50 miles).
•Refrigeration of remains.
•Filing of necessary permits and documents.
•Obtaining ordered certified copies of death certificates.
•Placement of obituary on our website.

•2 Hours of visitation prior to service OR Graveside service
•Register book, 100 memorial folders, 50 acknowledgement cards.
•Cloth-covered fiberboard casket.
•Cremation at our crematory.
•Basic wood urn.
Cremation with Funeral Service with Body Present: $5,795.00
•Basic services of funeral director and staff.
•Transfer of body from place of death to the funeral home (within 50 miles).
•Filling of necessary permits and documents.
•Embalming and other preparation of the body.
•Obtaining ordered certified copies of death certificates.
•Notification of death to Social Security Administration.
•Placement of obituary on our website.
•Composing and placing obituaries in newspapers. (Newspaper fee not included.)
•Filing of life insurance claim.
•2 Hours of visitation prior to service.
•Register book, 100 memorial folders, 50 acknowledgement cards.
•Rental Casket or comparably priced cremation casket.
•Cremation at our crematory.
•Limited choice of cremation urns.
